New Photos (finally)

I know, I know... I haven't updated this blog in a LONG time. My excuse is that the stone on the front of the house had to be taken down 3 times. This means that there have been masons, equipment, scaffolding and stone piled in front of the house for almost 2 months. Not conducive to taking photos! Anyway, the good news is that the stonework is complete and we are ready to move on. I am also posting some interior photos with many more to come. The hardwood floors are in and the tile is being completed this week. Cabinets are scheduled for the middle of next week.

Roofing Completed, Garage Doors Installed

I haven't posted in a while because there really hasn't been much to photograph. The roof is complete....




The garage doors are installed...




Besides that, most of the progress has been "behind the walls". Rough-in for electric, heating/ac, central vac, home automation and security system. The fireplace is being installed this week. Then insulation and sheetrocking (finally!!) The two front doors are scheduled to be installed on July 10th. After waiting almost 2 months for the main entrance door, I just learned that it was damaged in shipping and is being re-made.

Roofing underway, Rear Porch, Dormer Windows

The shingles are starting to be installed...

Framing Started!

Framing on the house has begun. First floor deck installed.

Foundation Walls Poured

Nothing too exciting but the 9' basement walls have been poured. Back-filling should start today and then the framing crew begins.
