First Floor Exterior Walls

The first floor exterior walls have been erected.

Framing Started!

Framing on the house has begun. First floor deck installed.

Foundation Walls Poured

Nothing too exciting but the 9' basement walls have been poured. Back-filling should start today and then the framing crew begins.

Footings Poured!

The footings were poured today. Foundation walls should be in by the end of the week. Framing should begin Monday!

Cleared Lot

Below are photos of the lot after it was cleared. As you can see the existing foundation has been removed...along with a lot of trees..Quite a different look!

Uncleared Lot
